Chef Sarah started her culinary career at Pipette French Restaurant in the Shenzhen Intercontinental Hotel. She has experience working in restaurants featuring Asian and French flavors, including Zailai Taiwanese Food and Course NYC. Sarah also has a background in catering and diet-specific meal prep, specializing in dishes that combine Asian flavors with Spanish Mediterranean cuisines.
