I’m a content marketing strategist by day, and a passionate chef by night. My culinary experience includes catering for A-listers such as Marlon Wayans, cooking in VIP kitchens at Coachella, food-styling for films, and designing menus for clients with special dietary needs. I’m inspired both by my Chinese heritage and culinary training in Spanish Mediterranean cuisine, to create sustainable fusion dishes.
As the creator of the Rooted Eats podcast, I'm thrilled about exploring a diverse range of food-related topics, and am looking forward to hosting engaging events, including pop-up dinners with guest chefs and immersive experiences, that dive deeper into each episode. I can't wait to share my adventures and research into our food system with you.

I’m a reporter covering artificial intelligence and the intersection of technology and geopolitics. I wanted to be a scientist when I was younger because I wanted to understand how things are made. However, I developed a deep interest in history and politics that led me to pursue journalism because I thought it would be a way to cover everything I was curious about — luckily, it's worked out this way.
I’m excited for Rooted Eats because of my love for food and desire to learn about different cultures. It’s also the first storytelling project that fully belongs to me, so I’m looking forward to learning more about food but also myself.
