Food Truck Beach Party
September 1, 2024What better way to wrap up summer than with a beach party? Chef Sarah, 1/2 of Rooted Eats, was at Santa Monica Beach this Labor Day Weekend for a special culinary collaboration. Partnering with Chef Kevin of The BITE LA and Yasna Vismale, we created an unforgettable chocolate experience, featuring a smoky, rich chocolate mole with Spanish octopus and Cajun potatas bravas. This beachside feast was part of The BITE LA’s food truck launch event.
